This hotel is an absolute gem for its affordable prices and great value for money. Located right in front of the Tarbes SNCF train station, it offers utmost convenience for travelers. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond in providing top-notch service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Furthermore, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail such as outside tables and two single beds. The breakfast served here is also delightful, making it the perfect way to start your day.

All was perfectly fine and met my expectations.

From outside, with half a sign missing 1st thoughts were what have i booked? it's not in the best location in Tarbes (near the train station) and whilst the hotel is dated inside, the friendliness of the lady owner and the cleanliness of the hotel itself made up for it. The room had been redecorated to a more modern style and the beds were firm and comfortable. TV and wifi also helped. Bathroom was very dated but clean. I think we may have been the only people stopping there which says something, but I booked this off the back off Booked.net and whilst I think 8/10 is overated I would recommend this if what you want is value for money and a reasonable location. I think Ibis Odos is better value at similar rates, but with only a 5-10 min walk to town, free outside parking and easy to link into the ring road, certainly worth considering

Dated, signage outside was missing so didnt give a great 1st impression.

This hotel is an absolute gem! its location right in front of the Tarbes SNCF train station is incredibly convenient. You can hop off the train and be at the hotel in no time. Secondly, the attention to detail here is impressive. The rooms are sparkling clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. They are friendly, helpful, and truly make you feel welcome.

Everything was just perfect, no improvements needed!

The hotel receptionist was really friendly and helpful

The hotel is situated in a rather scruffy part of the town opposite the railway station (but only a 5 or 6 minute walk to the town centre)

I liked the staff, they were very nice, they wanted to help as much as they could. I liked the fact that the hotel was located in front of the train station, actually right across the street.

The room is small, has no ventilation (the window opens to the terrace), the toilet (extremely small, just like a train toilet) is separated from the bathroom, they both have some inefficient ventilators. The smell of mold is everywhere. After 5 days of staying there, all my clothes got the smell.

The lady who runs the hotel is a real gem, very friendly and helpful.

Well its a very old hotel and you feel it. Secondly, the breakfast (although quite cheap at €5) was very poor, just warm coffee, bread, jams and pastries and a tiny glass of juice. Needs a buffet.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, which was just across the street from the main train station. It made getting around this city a breeze. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. Plus, the hotel offered free parking right outside the front door, which was a huge perk. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean.

    Can't fault anything about it.

The owner - lovely lady and very helpful. Delightfully faded charm of the building.

The fact that it was in Tarbes - don't know why we ended up there, but a city not to be revisited.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to travel by train to nearby attractions. Guests can take advantage of the free parking outside the hotel and walk to the city center for a great selection of restaurants. Some rooms have been recently refurbished and are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and guests can enjoy a continental breakfast in a pleasant room downstairs.

Some areas of the hotel are outdated and could use some freshening up to improve the overall appearance of the building.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. At 79 euros, I received a clean and comfortable room with all the basic amenities I needed. The location couldn't have been more convenient, right in front of the train station, making it easy for me to explore the area. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail was evident, from the sparkling new interiors to the comfortable beds that even impressed my granddaughter. Moreover, the breakfast spread was ample and satisfying, with the server going the extra mile by offering us a croissant to take away. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

All was perfect - nothing to improve.

During my Christmas stay in Tarbes, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money of the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. The location was superb, being within walking distance to the main attractions and dining options. The fact that the hotel offered free parking was also a huge plus and saved me the hassle and expense of finding parking space.

There were also a couple of negative aspects. Although the staff was friendly and welcoming, the building itself appeared outdated and in need of renovation.

During my business trip, I found the hotel's value to be exceptional, with prices catering to a range of budgets. the friendly staff at the hotel made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was one of its best aspects, being situated in a prime spot with easy access to transport links and plenty of restaurants nearby. The free parking outside the front door was another advantage that I enjoyed, making my stay even more convenient.

The hotel would benefit from updating some areas such as the stairs and lift. it would be great to have wifi access in the breakfast room, so guests can catch up on news while eating.
